All services provided by The 8th Wrap are subject to availability and written confirmation. By confirming a booking, the client accepts these Terms & Conditions. Any changes to scope, schedule, locations, or crew requested after confirmation may result in additional costs.

Delivery Policy

Services (including production support, logistics, coordination, and related deliverables) are provided according to the agreed schedule and specifications. The 8th Wrap commits to professional standards and timely execution; however, delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, permits, third-party suppliers, force majeure).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

• Cancellations made sufficiently in advance may not incur penalties, depending on the stage of production and third-party commitments.

• Cancellations made close to the service date may be subject to partial or full charges to cover costs already incurred (crew bookings, permits, rentals, logistics).

• Specific cancellation terms may be outlined in the individual project agreement or quotation.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any non-recoverable costs already sustained (such as permits, rentals, subcontractors, or administrative fees) are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.
